Since 2011, Morocco Tours has been helping travellers discover Morocco through private, tailor-made journeys - built around one travelling party, one vehicle, and the time you actually have.
Who we are
A Local Morocco Tour Company
From our Marrakech office, we create private journeys throughout Morocco for couples, families and small groups. Every itinerary is planned individually, combining local knowledge with experience organising private Morocco tours across the country since 2011.
Many of our travellers discover us online, while others come to us through recommendations from friends and family who have travelled with us before. That responsibility has shaped how we work from the beginning.
We are a Morocco-based travel company specialising in private tours and tailor-made holidays. Every itinerary is designed around one travelling party, one vehicle, and your specific timeframe: completely free from fixed departures or pre-built packages.
Our office is based in Marrakech, where we plan journeys covering every region of Morocco: spanning the Atlas Mountains and the Sahara to the Imperial Cities, the Atlantic coast and the north.
Although many people know us as a Morocco travel agency, we have always seen our role differently: helping travellers experience Morocco through private journeys designed around their interests, pace and travel style.
We work only with licensed drivers, officially licensed city guides where required, and carefully selected local partners across Morocco.

How it started
From the Foothills of the Atlas Mountains
Mohammed and Said grew up near Imlil, in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains south of Marrakech. As children, they watched travellers arrive - hikers heading for Toubkal, families stopping for tea. They listened to their stories and slowly became comfortable welcoming visitors from around the world. Travel was not a career choice. It was simply what life looked like from where they grew up.
Mohammed transitioned into guiding and driving in the early 2000s, working first for other agencies before moving independently. Meanwhile Said developed a profound knowledge of the Atlas trekking routes that most Marrakech agencies know only by name. Together, they cover the full arc of Morocco: the roads leading south to the Sahara to the high-altitude trails through the northern peaks.
In February 2011, a couple from the UK published our very first online review. It remains live to this day. Our approach has never changed.
