Term of sale

The website Morocco-Tours.com is designed to inform clients about the details of our trips and stays, payment methods, and the terms for cancellation and contract modification. Whenever possible, all information presented on the site is regularly updated.


The terms of sale apply to all services offered by our travel advisors or listed in the electronic catalog of Morocco-Tours.com: stays, tours, excursions, and car rental.


RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS


– Booking –
A reservation is only considered confirmed once a deposit has been received. The required deposit is determined as follows:


Private and Tailor-Made Travel

  • 200€ for trips totaling less than 799€
  • 300€ for trips totaling between 800€ and 1,599€
  • 30% of the total amount for trips equal to or exceeding 1,600€


Group Travel

  • 20% of the total trip amount.


– Payment –

Upon booking, the client must pay the deposit based on the total cost of the trip as outlined above. The remaining balance must be paid either:

  • By credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer, no later than three (3) weeks before the start of the trip
  • On-site, upon arrival in Morocco (only cash payments are accepted in this case)


PROMOTIONS

Promotional offers only apply if the entire stay falls within the promotional period (including both departure and return dates). Promotions are not retroactive.


CHILD DISCOUNT

Unless otherwise specified, the following child discounts apply to the services featured on our website, based on the child’s age at the time of departure:


– For Accommodation –

  • Infants under 2 years old: If not occupying an adult bed in hotels, receive a 100% discount on the adult rate in a double room, with no extra charges, depending on the hotel service provided.
  • Children aged 2 to 10 (inclusive): Receive a 20% discount on the adult rate in a double room, with no extra charges, for 1 or 2 children using an additional bed shared with two adults.


– For Domestic Transportation –

  • Infants under 2 years old not occupying a seat: 100% discount on the adult fare.
  • Children aged 2 to 10 occupying a seat: 20% discount on the adult fare.


TRIP DURATION

Trip duration includes:

  • The day of departure starts from the arrival time at a Moroccan airport.
  • The return day up to the departure time from a Moroccan airport.
  • Prices are calculated based on the number of overnights, not full days. An overnight refers to the period during which the room is made available, typically from 2:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.

    • ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS
    Please note that the classification and ratings of accommodation types follow Moroccan regulations or local practices.


CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

According to international hotel standards:

  • Rooms are available from 2:00 PM, regardless of your arrival time.
  • Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 PM, regardless of your departure time.

For example, if you check in at 10:00 AM, the period from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM is counted as one overnight stay and is non-refundable.


ROOM TYPES

  • Single rooms include one bed for one person and are limited in number. They often incur an additional charge.
  • Double rooms come with either two separate beds or one double bed.
  • Triple and quadruple rooms are generally double rooms equipped with one or more extra beds.


MEALS

The number of meals provided corresponds to the number of nights spent in the hotel.

Full board includes dinner on the first night and ends with breakfast after the final night.

Half board also starts with dinner on the first night and ends with breakfast after the final night. It includes one meal and one breakfast per day.

Unless otherwise stated in the description, drinks are not included in either full board or half board options.


CANCELLATION AND CHANGES BY THE CLIENT

– Cancellation –

To be valid, any cancellation—partial or full—must be submitted via email to Maroc Voyages, with the date of receipt serving as proof.


Cancellation fees:

  • 5 weeks or more before the trip: 100% refund of the deposit.
  • 4 to 2 weeks before the trip: 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Less than 2 weeks before the trip: No refund.


– Modification –

We will do our best to accommodate modification requests made at least one month before departure.

If the changes involve extending the stay, increasing the number of participants, or adding extra services, only the cost of those additions will be charged. In all other cases, no additional fees will apply.


PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The information you provide during your booking will not be shared with any third party, except for the service providers involved in your reservation. All data is treated as confidential.


According to the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, correct, or oppose the use of your personal data. To exercise this right, you may contact us online or by mail, providing your full name and address.
